RETURN POLICY

Forestic Essence will gladly issue a 100% refund in the form of store credit shall you decide to:

• Cancel your order within 2 hours from the time it was placed, or
• Return the item in its original packaging within three business days of delivery

If the tracking information shows as delivered but the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in the process, Forestic Essence will ship a replacement (not a refund), as long as the following conditions are met:

• You submit a claim within 24 hours of delivery, and
• The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Submit a claim: Make sure to include a detailed description and three photos at a minimum; one close-up, one from three feet away, and one of the entire item. We may also require video evidence depending on the item and the type of claim being submitted.
2. Create a return shipping label: Please provide us with the new tracking information. Send all returns to our Canadian distribution center at 325 South Park Road, Unit RG10, Thornhill, ON L3T 0B8, Canada.
3. Ship item: All items must be shipped back within three business days of delivery.

 

SHIPPING

Forestic Essence offers the following flat shipping rates:

United States:

• Orders over $50 USD: FREE SHIPPING
• Orders of $50 USD and under: $5 USD

Outside of the US:

• Orders over $50 USD: $5 USD
• Orders of $50 USD and under: $10 USD

Our current estimates are as follows:

• United States: Between 15 - 25 business days
• Outside of the US: Between 15 - 30 business days
